What warband version are you using (check rgl log), what Floris version are you using (2.5 - basic/gameplay/expanded)? If gameplay, have you applied its patch? What are the names of the troops? Do you have any screenshots of the bug? Its like they have invisibilty cloaks, you can see just their heads and weapons.We require more information to answer that.
